This okada rider was arrested yesterday for violating the new Lagos state traffic law.
He was caught at the junction adjoining University road and St Finbarrs college road Akoka by policemen in mufti. who had laid ambush for law breakers. Immediately, the policemen pounced on the Okadaman, beat him mercilessly and then stripped him naked.
This is absolutely on acceptable, regardless of his offence,he should not be stripped naked......may the policeman who did this to this man know no peace throughout his life. The police man just reminded me of the 4 uni port student that was beating,stripped naked and burnt to death.
