Kanye West is pulling out all the stops for Kim Kardashian's 32nd birthday.
The rapper whisked Kardashian away to Rome for a romantic weekend ahead of her big day on October 21.

On Thursday, the couple shared a kiss while dining at the City of Love’s famous restaurant Il Bolognese.
